Overview of Spring Wellbeing Day

Our Wellbeing day is back by popular demand on the 21st March. Spend a day with us in the centre and experience a fabulous range of holistic wellbeing practices including Yoga, Tai Chi, Sound Relaxation, Reiki, Aromatherapy, Mindful Mandala Art, Mindful Meditation and Journaling for Wellbeing. All led by highly experienced practitioners who are volunteering their time to fundraise for Jamyang Leeds. You may choose to join up to four of the six wellbeing sessions plus one treat subject to availability. We will get in touch by email with you after registration to ask your preference.
Your ticket purchase of £35.00 makes such a difference in being able to make the centre available to all the community. Please pay using the link above and put Spring Wellbeing Day in the comments box.

10am; Hatha Yoga with Angela Ripley (Vigyana) of Om Yoga Works, Farsley; 'Connecting to the Wisdom of the 5 Elemental Horses.'
11.15am; Yoga Nidra with Angela Ripley (Vigyana) 'The Spirit of the Year of the Horse.'
12pm; Kundalini Yoga with Bethan Fletcher; 'Sacred Balance and Renewal.'
1.30pm; Tai Chi with Arun Gujaran, of the Leeds Tai Chi Academy; 'Daoist Tai Chi; Health Recovery Chi Gong for Fire Horse Year.'
2.30pm; Hatha Flow with Annie Raynor, of North Star Yoga; 'Yoga to Spring into Spring.
3.30pm; Sound Relaxation with Jan McGuire, of Peaceful Body Peaceful Mind; 'New Moon Introspection.'
