About the Class:

This friendly and accessible community Hatha Yoga class is suitable for all bodies and abilities.

Everyone is welcome – beginners, chair-users, seniors and people starting or returning to exercise.

It’s all about moving steadily, getting more flexible and feeling more relaxed.

About the Teacher - Sally Brown:

Sally is an Accessible and Community yoga teacher living and working in north-east Leeds.

She teaches and runs inclusive, affordable yoga classes for under-represented groups and challenged local communities.

A 200-hour qualified yoga teacher, Sally is registered with the British Wheel of Yoga, an ambassador for Accessible Yoga and has been teaching for nine years.

She teaches the slower, more accessible and mindful styles including Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Gentle and Chair, as well as Steady yoga and yoga-inspired Flex and Move sessions.
