Giulia is a yoga teacher with a passion for empowering people through dynamic, energising movement and mindful breathing. Her classes are designed to build strength, stability and balance, both physically and mentally, through creative sequencing and a grounding focus on breath.
Giulia strives to create a supportive, inclusive space where students feel safe to express themselves, open their hearts and release what no longer serves them.

Yoga and MiNdfulness for Children
Joana cares deeply about teaching yoga and mindfulness to children. As both a practitioner and a mother of two young children, she sees every day how much these practices can help. Her personal experience has shaped the way she teaches, helping her to create sessions that are simple, engaging, and meaningful for children.
Designed for primary school-aged children these monthly “Relax on Saturdays’ wellbeing sessions offer a calm, safe and supportive space where children can slow down and recharge. Helping them to build confidence, feel at ease, and learn how to manage their emotions in a positive way.
Through gentle yoga, simple breathing exercises, mindfulness, and creative activities, children learn easy tools to relax their bodies and minds.
Joana holds sessions on the 2nd Saturday monthly in our Hall at 10:30 am to 11:30 am.
