These monthly “Relax on Saturdays: Children’s Wellbeing Day” with Joanna Gomes are a calm and supportive one-hour sessions where children can slow down and recharge.
Through gentle yoga, simple breathing exercises, mindfulness, and creative activities, children learn easy tools to relax their bodies and minds.
The sessions offer a safe and friendly space where children can build confidence, feel at ease, and learn how to manage their emotions in a positive way.
Designed for primary school-aged children, these sessions support mental health and welbeing in a safe, inclusive environment.
These monthly 1-hour session offer a structured, nurturing space where children can step away from busy routines and learn practical tools to support their welbeing.
Each session includes:
• Children’s Yoga (gentle movement & relaxation)
• Introduction to Mindfulness (simple, age-appropriate techniques)
• Mindful Arts & Crafts
• Breathing and calming exercises

About Joanna:
Teaching yoga and mindfulness to children is something I care deeply about.
