Join us for the favourite part of every yoga class, the relaxation session, designed to activate the body’s natural relaxation response and let go of any tension or anxiety. All you need for the class is to find somewhere quiet to lie down, where you won’t be disturbed. Wear some warm comfortable clothes, and it’s also nice to have a blanket and cushions or pillows to make yourself comfortable.

Chrissie is a Dru Yoga registered teacher and normally runs classes at Jamyang Leeds. Dru is a lovely heart-based yoga, and if you are interested in more online classes the main centre in Snowdonia has a great online offering.
