The Stages of the Path: Online Teachings with Venerable Mary Reavey
The Stages of the Path (or Lamrim in Tibetan) is the traditional Buddhist presentation of the gradual path to spiritual development, happiness and peace of mind. The Lamrim organises the Buddha’s teachings into a complete step-by-step guide to enlightenment. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced meditator, the Lamrim provides a comprehensive framework for daily practice.
Over these two days, you will learn about the Stages of the Path through teachings, meditations, discussions, and question and answer sessions, all enabling you to deepen your understanding and develop your individual practice.
Ven Mary was ordained as a nun by Lama Zopa Rinpoche in 2001. Until 2012, Mary taught meditation and Buddhist philosophy at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds as well as other Buddhist centres and study groups in the north of England. Please do join with us in welcoming Ven Mary back to Leeds, albeit virtually on this occasion!
