What is the purpose of my life? How can I find lasting satisfaction and a way of life that is truly worthwhile? How can I achieve inner calm and peace of mind, and be truly of help to others?
This 12 week course aims to introduce you to tried and tested spiritual principles and methods that can give authentic answers to these pressing questions. Although drawn from the 2,500 year old Buddhist tradition, these principles and methods will be presented in a contemporary context and from a purely secular perspective – they are suitable for people of any religion or none.
The course will use a mix of guided meditations, instructional talks, group discussion and exercises to do at home, aiming to bring about real inner change rather than just theoretical knowledge.
