During the sessions Debbie from Zen Melodics will lead you into a gentle meditation and play various instruments, including gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls that are aligned with the body’s chakras, a handpan, Shamanic drum, ocean drum and chimes to gently lull you into a place of calm and tranquility.
The frequency, vibration and resonance of the sounds correspond with the body’s energy centres, unblocking stuck emotions and calming the mind inducing a theta brain wave state of deep relaxation.
