Join us for a guided secular meditation sessions working with your mind and breath to become calmer, happier, more focused and relaxed. These drop-in sessions, which include mindfulness and analytical meditations are practical, non-religious and suitable for people of all ages and abilities, from beginners to more experienced meditators.
