Mondays: 18:30 – 19:30 from 29 April to 19 August (except 6, 13 & 27 May, 17 June & 1 July)

These relaxing meditation classes are designed to help you learn and practice meditation to become calmer, less stressed, happier and more peaceful. A range of simple meditation techniques will be taught – including mindfulness and guided analytical meditation.

These drop-in sessions are practical, non-religious and suitable for people of all faiths, ages and abilities, from beginners to the more experienced.

Classes are offered freely at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds so as many people as possible can benefit. We do not get grants and all donations go towards running the Centre. Support us in the work we do by donating at the start of a class, or online by clicking the link on the right.
