Join mindfulness teacher Danny Ford for this Sunday morning mini-retreat where we will practice meditation together. This is an invitation to be generous with your self-care, to nourish your body, heart and mind by taking this extended time for rest and restoration with the quiet support of conscious community. We will begin with a guided meditation and move into silent practice together, offering a friendly space in which to reconnect with yourself and to rest in the receptivity of conscious awareness.

Some experience of mindfulness meditation will be assumed as much of the retreat will offer space for silent (unguided) practice together. (e.g. previous attendance at lunchtime meditation, regular use of a meditation app like Insight Timer, or participation in an introductory mindfulness course).
