Kundalini Yoga with Beth Fletcher, Wednesdays from 4 September to 11 December.

Beth, also known by her spiritual name Harshabad Kaur, is an International Practitioner of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. She has been practising Kundalini yoga for 10 years and teaching for 5 years. 

Kundalini yoga was brought to the west in the sixties by Yogi Bhajan who was a Master. Kundalini yoga is transformational. Through a series of asanas (postures), pranayama (breath) and meditation Kundalini will help you to handle stress, improve your health, overcome depression, feel more energetic, enjoy your life, you will discover a new way to meet your physical, psychological and spiritual challenges, helping to improve self esteem and confidence. It strengthens your nervous system and balances your glandular system.
