Joyful Body and Mind – Dru Yoga Back-Care
We are pleased to welcome you back into the Centre for more Dru Yoga. Chrissie will be running a 6 week Dru class, designed to help you understand how to care for your back and to just enjoy being in the body and spine you are in right now. While this class isn’t suitable for those with acute backpain. It will be likely to helpful for those with general aches and stiffness or those diagnosed as having non-specific chronic back pain. It is also just a lovely Dru class, so even if you’re back is feeling free and easy it will still be lots of fun.
Your safety and well-being is important, besides being a qualified Dru Yoga teacher Chrissie is also trained with Dru in back-care and wellbeing. We have in place a risk assessment for Covid 19 at the centre and there is a one way system, masks and gel available. Chrissie recommends that you bring your own mat, blanket and cushion. But should you forget there are some available and they will be quarantined after use. We are also limiting the sessions to 6 people in line with the latest government guidelines, so please text / call / email Chrissie to register before each class that you come along to on 07944242080 / email@example.com . Cost £7 per class or £36 for 6 sessions. If you have an existing prepayment card that is still valid too.
