The principal message of the Buddha is not to harm others. If you can, help others, but at least don’t harm other living beings. The Buddhist path is often divided into two: method (compassion, love) and wisdom (e.g. understanding reality at its fundamental level, understanding impermanence).
Through our courses, events and retreats, we aim to look at how the Buddha explained the mind, how it works, how we can improve the way we think, and reach our potential for complete enlightenment. It takes time, study, and meditation. Using examples of HH the Dalai Lama and Lama Zopa Rinpoche and how they interpret the Tibetan tradition of Lama Tsongkhapa (Geulk), we aim to provide you with different levels of events to study and practice Buddhism, and ways for you to understand how this particular type of Buddhism can be relevant to you and your daily life.
In addition, pujas and other devotional practices help to calm and inspire the mind, whilst preserving the tradition through regular practice groups.
