Mondays: 18:30 – 19:30 from 24 April to 31 July (excluding 1 May and 29 May)
These meditation classes can help you to become calmer, less-stressed, happier and more peaceful. A range of simple meditation techniques will be taught – including mindfulness and guided analytical meditation. These drop-in sessions are practical, non-religious and suitable for people of all faiths, ages and abilities, from beginners to the more experienced.
