Meditation, Movement & Posture Workshop

This will be a day of sitting and moving meditations and exercises, and learning about posture. It will draw on mindfulness based approaches and the Alexander Technique. You will learn ways of dealing with life’s stresses and strains, physically and mentally. Whether you are a beginner, or an experienced meditator, there will be something new as you experience moving in a way that causes less wear and tear on your body and prevents stiff legs and painful knees. It will be a day to relax and learn. Lunch time will be held in silence – please bring your own vegetarian food or you may prefer to go out for lunch.
