Make the most of your lunchtime with a guided meditation session to help focus and calm your mind. These sessions are a great way to relax and create some space for reflection in daily life.
The session dates are as follows:
Mondays: 6 August to 17 December (excluding 13 August and Bank Holiday Monday on the 27 August)
Tuesdays: 7 August to 18 December (excluding 14th August)
Wednesdays: 8 August to 19 December (excluding 15th August)
Thursdays: 9 August to 20 December (excluding 16th August)

Classes are offered for free at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds so as many people as possible can benefit. We do not get grants and all donations go towards running the Centre. You can donate at the start of a class or online by clicking the link on the right.
