Make the most of your lunchtime with a guided meditation to help focus and calm your mind. These sessions are a great way to relax and create some space for reflection in daily life.

The session dates are as follows:

Mondays: 8 October to 17 December

Tuesdays: 9 October to 18 December

Wednesdays: 10 October to 19 December

Thursdays: 11 October to 20 December

Jamyang Leeds relies on donations to cover the cost of running the Centre, such as rent, electricity and travel for the facilitators and teachers. Classes are offered for free but by donating you help support the Centre and ensure as many people as possible benefit from what we offer. You can donate at the start of the class or online by clicking the link on the right.
