Make the most of your lunchtime with a guided meditation to help focus and calm your mind. These sessions are a great way to relax and create some space for reflection in daily life.

The session dates are as follows:

Mondays: 7 January to 1 April

Tuesdays: 8 January to 2 April

Wednesdays: 9 January to 3 April

Thursdays: 10 January to 4 April

Classes are offered for free at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds so as many people as possible can benefit. We do not get grants and all donations go towards running the Centre. You can donate at the start of a class or online by clicking the link on the right.
