Make the most of your lunchtime with a guided meditation session to help focus and calm your mind. These sessions are a great way to relax and create some space for reflection in daily life.
The session dates are as follows:
Mondays: 16 April to 23 July (excluding Bank Holiday Mondays on the 7 and 28 May)
Tuesdays: 17 April to 31 July
Thursdays: 19 April to 26 July
Fridays: 20 April to 27 July

Classes are offered for free at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds so as many people as possible can benefit. We do not get grants and all donations go towards running the Centre. You can donate at the start of a class or online by clicking the link on the right.
