It’s that time of year again when we start to feel the stress of the festive season upon us. The lead up to Christmas Day can really take its toll and by the time it comes around we are often exhausted. Social situations and family gatherings at this time of year can leave us feeling drained and overwhelmed too, but it doesn’t have to be that way.
On this relaxing and practical workshop, integrative psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher Danny Ford will share insights into why certain social situations can be so challenging and act as triggers for stress and unhelpful responses before offering a range of practical tools and mindfulness techniques to address the relational challenges and stresses that can come up at this time of year.
You will come away inspired to transform the festive season into an opportunity to connect more deeply with your compassionate heart and values, whilst keeping calm in the midst of the busyness.
Tea, coffee and biscuits included. Please bring your own vegetarian lunch.
