Its that time of year again when we feel the stress of the festive season is upon us. The lead up to Christmas Day can really take its toll and by the time it comes around, we are often exhausted.

Why not do things differently this year and make time to discover (or reacquaint yourself) with meditation techniques that will help you navigate the festive season with more calm, compassion and joy.

On this fun and practical workshop, you will come away with tools and inspiration to transform the festive season into an opportunity to connect more deeply with your compassionate heart and values, whilst keeping calm in the midst of the busyness. The workshop will be a combination of guided meditations and teachings from Buddhist philosophy and psychology, discussions and Q&As.
There will be tea and biscuits throughout the day. Please bring your own vegetarian lunch.

All are welcome, whether you are a Buddhist, follower of another other faith or no faith.

Suggested donation: £25

Classes are offered for free at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds so as many people as possible can benefit.
