Its that time of year again when we feel the stress of the festive season is upon us. The lead up to Christmas Day can really take its toll and by the time it comes around, we are often exhausted.
Why not do things differently this year and make time to discover (or reacquaint yourself) with meditation techniques that will help you navigate the festive season with more calm, compassion and joy.
All are welcome, whether you are a Buddhist, follower of another other faith or no faith.

Classes are offered for free at Jamyang Buddhist Centre Leeds so as many people as possible can benefit.
