Saturday 23 June and Sunday 24 June, 10:00am to 5:00pm
with Wendy Ridley
Inspired by Buddhist philosophy, the 16 Guidelines workshops and resources are practical tools for creating a more meaningful and fulfilled life. The idea behind the 16 Guidelines programme is simple; we can change the way we experience the world by transforming the way we think, act, relate and find meaning.
How We Think: Humility, Patience, Contentment and Delight
How We Act: Kindness, Honesty, Generosity, Right Speech
How We Relate to others: Respect, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Loyalty
How We Find Meaning: Aspiration, Principles, Service, Courage
On this two day workshop you will deepen your understanding of the 16 Guidelines through taught sessions, group discussions, meditation and reflection.
Workshop participants will come away with the confidence to incorporate the 16 Guidelines more effectively into their lives to increase emotional resilience, improve relationships and achieve a greater sense of wellbeing and purpose.
The 16 Guidelines (level one) workshop is led by accredited 16G facilitator Wendy Ridley.
