Inspired by Buddhist philosophy, the 16 Guidelines workshop and resources are practical tools for creating a more meaningful and fulfilled life. The idea behind the 16 Guidelines is simple; we can change the way we experience the world by transforming the way we think, act, relate and find meaning.
How We Think: Humility, Patience, Contentment and Delight
How We Act: Kindness, Honesty, Generosity, Right Speech
How We Relate to others: Respect, Forgiveness, Gratitude, Loyalty
How We Find Meaning: Aspiration, Principles, Service, Courage
On this workshop you will deepen your understanding of the 16 Guidelines through taught sessions, group discussions, meditations and reflection – and come away with the confidence to incorporate the 16 Guidelines into your daily life for increased emotional resilience, improved relationships and a greater sense of wellbeing and purpose.
The 16 Guidelines (level one) workshop is led by accredited 16G facilitator Wendy Ridley.
