What is Meditation

Meditation can help people feel less anxious and more in control.

The awareness that meditation brings can be a source of insight, self-understanding and an aid to develop mindfulness. Meditation is a proven method to relieve problems and difficulties and to increase energy, creativity and happiness.

If you would like to learn basic meditation techniques to help you cope with the stress of a busy life and a busy mind, we offer practical Meditation sessions.

During Our Term Time

These meditation classes can help you to become calmer; less stressed; happier; and more peaceful. A range of simple meditation techniques will be taught – including mindfulness and guided analytical meditation. These drop-in sessions are practical, non-religious and suitable for people of all faiths, ages and abilities, from beginners to the more experienced.
